About this course

Care work is emotionally demanding. This course equips care workers, team leaders and managers to recognise stress, burnout and compassion fatigue, to build personal resilience, and to create a workplace culture where wellbeing is actively supported. It covers psychological safety, reflective practice, workload and rota pressures, supporting colleagues after distressing incidents, and the employer duties that sit behind staff wellbeing in a regulated care service.
