Quality and standards

Accreditation, stated honestly

Care training is full of vague quality claims. We publish exactly which frameworks our curriculum is built to, which recognitions are confirmed, and which are still applications in progress. Nothing is described as endorsed until it is.

  • CPD Certification Service

    Primary framework

Every certificate course in the catalog is structured against CPD Certification Service criteria: defined learning outcomes, measurable knowledge checks and declared CPD hours.

What this means for you: Learners receive a certificate carrying declared CPD hours that can be entered into a personal CPD record and shown at supervision, appraisal or inspection.

  • Skills for Care

    Application submitted

Endorsement is being pursued through the Skills for Care endorsement framework for learning providers.

What this means for you: Until endorsement is confirmed we display this honestly as an application in progress. We do not claim endorsed status.

  • BILD Association of Certified Training

    Application submitted

Our PMVA curriculum is written to the Restraint Reduction Network Training Standards and certification through BILD ACT is being pursued.

What this means for you: PMVA delivery follows restraint-reduction principles today; the certification mark will be displayed only once confirmed.

  • RQF Awarding Body Partnership

    Partnership in progress

Diploma programmes are mapped to the Regulated Qualifications Framework and are being registered through an Ofqual-regulated awarding organisation.

What this means for you: Diploma learners will be registered with the awarding organisation at enrolment once the partnership is confirmed.

  • Oliver McGowan Compliance

    Curriculum aligned

Our learning disability and autism awareness module is written against the Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training Tier 1 content expectations.

What this means for you: Suitable as awareness-level preparation. Tier 2 co-delivered sessions with people with lived experience are booked as in-person delivery.

  • Royal Society for Public Health Alignment

    Curriculum aligned

Food hygiene and infection prevention modules are aligned to RSPH syllabus expectations at Level 2.

What this means for you: Content depth matches the recognised Level 2 syllabus so learners are prepared if they progress to a regulated assessment.

Our disclosure commitment

Ventiva Care Institute does not award regulated qualifications in its own right. Where a programme leads to a regulated qualification, learners are registered with an Ofqual-regulated awarding organisation and this is stated on the course page before enrolment. Certificate courses issue a certificate of completion with declared CPD hours. If any statement on this site is unclear, ask us and we will put it in writing.
