What we collect

• Account details: name, email address, and optionally your organisation and job title.
• Learning records: enrolments, lesson completions, knowledge check results and certificates.
• Enquiry details: anything you send through our contact form or live chat.
• Technical data needed to operate the site securely, such as session information.

Why we process it

We process your data to deliver the courses you enrol on, issue and verify certificates, respond to enquiries, and meet our record-keeping obligations. Our lawful bases are performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating the institute, and consent where you have opted into marketing.

Sharing

Where your employer has purchased your training, completion records for the courses they assigned may be shared with them. We use infrastructure providers to host the platform and its database. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Learning records and certificates are retained so that certificates remain verifiable and learners can evidence past training. Enquiry records are retained only as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting relationship.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email hello@ventivacare.com. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
